Update: Management called and explained how the situation is being handled. Carl was very polite and patient and offered a visit to perform complimentary alignment. Got a flat tire with bent wheel and went in for extended wheel and tire warranty repair. Wheel would not hold air after mounting new tire. Wyatt looked at it and told me the damage was due to "external force" and won't be covered. He can not explain what that mean. After that, he asked what nationality I am and I told him I've been in the States for 50 years and have no communication barrier with English. Again, he did not explain why he asked the question. It took 30 minutes to complete the claim and was approved without any issue. However, he would not do the second claim for the tire which I already purchased but not from him. So he told me I have to do that myself. Then, he told me he will do multi point inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged to show me as valued customer. I told him if any work is needed to give me estimates and my approval before starting any work. He then said " so you just want all the works for free, right?" I was pretty upset at that point. At the time I went to pick up the car. I was surprised when he asked me to pay for all the parts and labor then send in the claim myself later to get reimbursed. That part was never discussed. I thought the dealer would get reimbursed with warranty work because everything is under lexus. The satisfaction from lexus has gone from 5 to 1. More
