I came in with a confirmed appointment regarding the recall on my 2025 Lexus Es300h and the first service recommendation. Last night I get a email reminder regarding what to bring for the loaner while my vehicle is being serviced, So today i come at the schedule time and I was notified that my service advisor is not in. ( Ivan). I did not get the name of the service advisor who help me but I was told, there was no loaner available. He asked if I would like to wait for my vehicle while being service. I was not willing to wait and waste of time. My point is what is the purpose of an appointment and confirmation email reminder on what to bring for the loaner vehicle. More
