We purchased this 2019 ES here six months ago, and have been very happy with the car. There was just one glitch at purchase which involved the sound quality from the rear speakers. My sales associate said been very happy with the car. There was just one glitch at purchase which involved the sound quality from the rear speakers. My sales associate said there was nothing wrong and that's just the way it was. I let it go at that time, but brought the subject back up when I came in for my first service. Rick Massucci was leaning toward the same answer, but to his great credit he checked it out and determined that it did need a new amplifier for the rear. Still waiting for the part to come in, but now my satisfaction is 100%. More
