This is my second Lexus purchased here. Been to other Lexus dealerships but always end up coming back to this one and making the purchase. Sales representatives are welcoming and non-judgmental and continue to assist you and your requests eventhough inventory may not be in yet. Another dealership Cerritos Lexus, didn't give my husband and I any attention and when we approached them for questioning about status of inventory and ordering...the sales reps was dismissive and said "we have no cars" not even wanting to speak with us. Eventhough there website was misleading showing the car i wanted was on the lot. Just based on another few words that were exchanged by the two sales reps and their demeanor/tone. We took our business elsewhere and went to Tustin Lexus in which we knew that the car wasn't available yet, but were able to make a reservation. I called Rex Urasaki after sending all my interests options via email. Correspondence was great via phone, email, and in person. I love my Lexus NX 350h and am very happy and appreciative of the time Rex and his team took to show me the new features, signing in to Lexus App, and ensuring settings were good for me to drive home happy! More

Iman was super helpful and easy to work with. Made the process painless. We were able to get a loaner car while our car was being serviced which was great since we had our 7 month old son with us Made the process painless.
