After Internet shopping I scheduled a visit with Tustin Mazda just to test drive a new Mazda 6. I really did not intend to make a purchase during this visit. Brandon was so patient answering all my questions. He suggested a used Mazda 6 that had recently come in. After my test drive, that car was the one I wanted. Brandon could not have been more helpful answering questions and setting up the bluetooth, navigation, garage door opener, etc. The paper work went smoothly . Not only is everyone at Tustin Mazda friendly and very customer oriented but $50.00 of each car purchase is donated to a local charity. That says alot about management and the people at this dealership. More

Sammy, our sales person, was helpful and easy to talk to. He made me feel at-home, something I can't claim about my previous car shopping experiences. He also didn't play any games with me. He listened to what my needs were and went to get me just that. The entire sales staff was friendly and offered water and coffee. With my recent calamities and how it affected my credit, I was truly moved by the effort in which Lori, the Sales Director, put into getting me financed. I surprised my wife with the good news and it brought her to tears--the best news we've had in a long time. Not only was the sales experience exceptional, the service department is great as well. I returned to replace a faulty keyfob. They took care of the problem quickly. Once again, they offered me water and provided coffee and popcorn. I'm definitely getting my car serviced here! I recommend Tustin Mazda simply because they made a miracle happen and got my wife and I EXACTLY the car we wanted...but their service is great as well! Thank you Sammy and Lori and all the great people at Tustin Mazda!!! More

I have been taking my Mazda Rx8 here since it was purchased new in 2005. The staff is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable in my experience. I thought it would be a very easy experience since I had used a car buying website which basically promised me a specific price. The dealership did honor the price, but the process of buying a car from thi used a car buying website which basically promised me a specific price. The dealership did honor the price, but the process of buying a car from this dealership could have been smoother. It may have been bad timing, but they had a hard time locating the car that I wanted. Even after I changed the options I wanted to make it easier for them to get the car, it still took them several days to arrange a transfer of the car from another dealership. Their financing department could also work a little faster in processing my paperwork. But I must say that the owner takes his customer service quite seriously. He will make things right if you're not happy with any areas of the purchase experience. More
Tustin Mazda really helped me to see that car salesmen arent always bad. Everytime I have ever gone anywhere else I have always had a bad experience and felt like i was being ripped off or pushed into som arent always bad. Shaun is a spectacular person which makes him a great car salesman that is why I am leaving this rating. Another thing that doesnt surprise me as Tustin Mazda being so acredited is it wasnt a four hour proccess it maybe took an hour and a half if that. Thanks to Tustin Mazda and Shaun McCray I have a different look on car dealerships and their sales department. I highly recommend Tustin Mazda. More

Salesmen, Floor Managers and Closers each one more important than the last, blah-blah-blah. Tustin Mazda may not be the biggest but they are the best! Jesus and Jeff are a great team; they care about you and what you need. To them you’re a customer not a conquest, like those so called mega dealers look at you. By the way... how many of those xxxxxxxx have closed their doors because they only live for today! Tustin Mazda works hard to make your experience a memorable one; they understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Being a small business owner myself I can relate to them, it's all about service and customer approval. Do yourself a favor and give them chance to earn your business, you won’t be disappointed. I went to this dealership because I lost my keys about a week prior to 11/6/2009. I inquired about a new key and came to find that a new one would cost close to $300! I'm freaking out because I had no money week prior to 11/6/2009. I inquired about a new key and came to find that a new one would cost close to $300! I'm freaking out because I had no money for this and no means of getting it anywhere else. I talked to Jeff, one of the sales managers and told him my complicated situation. Not only did he completely understand and gave me a new key, but also the remote, programmed it for me, provided lunch, and washed my vehicle when everything was done! Every one was soooooo cool. Louis in Parts, Ruben in Service, Brandon in fleet sales, and of course Jeff the sales manager. I hope you guys realize that my car would have sat in that spot for at least a month if your team wasn't so kind. I can't thank you enough! I don't care where you live, buy your vehicle from this dealership. It's worth it, trust me. Adam More
My wife and I would highly recommend Tustin Mazda. Because of the lack of inventory in the Bay Area, we elected to travel to Orange County to purchase the vehicle. Jesus picked us up from the airport (child/car seat and all) and took us to the dealership. The condition of the vehicle was as-described if not better and there were no unpleasant surprises. Had my wife and I not deliberated on the purchase and had roof racks installed on site, we could have been in and out within about an hour. Jesus and Jeff were extremely accommodating and made our purchase a pleasant experience. Again - excellent job by the staff at Tustin Mazda. More
