Pate is an exceptional service advisor. He ordered mt replacement tail light assembly, arrived the next day. I was first in line the next day for install and it only took 40 minutes. With the shortage of new vehicles in 2021, I heard horror stories of dealers adding admin fees up to 20,000 on new Broncos but Two Rivers stuck to their word and didn't stoop to this level. They have a beautiful facility and I'm very happy with my new Bronco. Lonnie Fox was a knowledgeable and friendly sales rep and I appreciated the time he spent hanging out with me while I did my own vehicle inspection then walking me through all the Bronco's features. This was not the anxiety inducing car purchase I'm accustom to. More
