I Love my New Ecosport! Doc Sullivan was great! My husband and I were looking at a used 2018 Ecosport, and Doc was more than happy to show it to us. However, before showing i Doc Sullivan was great! My husband and I were looking at a used 2018 Ecosport, and Doc was more than happy to show it to us. However, before showing it to us, he showed us a New 2018 Ecosport. He shared the advantages of the new over the used, but he totally gave us the opportunity to look at both. He was very personable, friendly, helpful and professional. The dealership was clean, even the ladies room. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. My only disappointment was when I took my New 2018 Ecosport back to have it cleaned for the first time. It really wasn't great. Several items were not up to par. I think they used a dirty rag to clean the windows and mirrors. Very streaky and foggy. It was the end of a Friday and I live 35 minutes from the dealership, therefore, I was not going to drive back just for that. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied with my buying experience with Doc and Two Rivers Ford Mt Juliet. More
