Never thought I'd be back!! August of 2015 we were in market for new Ford truck. Two Rivers was our third stop. Just when we found the truck we wanted and thought all this car bu August of 2015 we were in market for new Ford truck. Two Rivers was our third stop. Just when we found the truck we wanted and thought all this car buying was going to be over soon, we learned quickly our business meant very little to Two Rivers. After a test drive we went inside to talk number. First was trade, couldnt get anywhere with that but then came financing. Knowing we most likely qualified for the 0% through ford credit, we were shot down quickly. Seemed like saleman or finance department didn't want to move further. And kept saying we didn't qualify for 0%. So we went to Murfreesboro Ford. Unfortunately, they did not have truck with all features we wanted. We told the salesman we found one at Two Rivers but got the run around. The next day the salesman had truck from Two Rivers at his lot, worked with us on numbers, got approved for 0% and walked out that night with truck we wanted from your lot! So going back to Two Rivers was not an option when buying this time. But again you had the one we wanted. So we stopped by just to test drive. And from the time I was greeted by Tim, our salesman, I knew we would be buying. We were up front with what we wanted and other details. From the start he listened and did not try to take us down another road or shot us down for god only knows what reasons last year. The next morning we left with the SUV I wanted with a price we wanted. Thank Tim for putting faith back into a customer!! More

Frank Snipes is our current salesman. his attention to detail is great. he was extremely helpful and listened to us and our needs. he knew what we wanted and needed and did everything he could to fulfill our needs. Frank and the finance department were extremely courteous and helpful. made sure we understood everything and left no question unanswered. Two Rivers Ford is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle, and the salesman's job does not stop with the sale, at least with Frank it just begins.
