The next day we ended up buying a NEW EDGE..... which we love! Our salesman explained in great detail all of the prompts on our new Edge. Doug Reed walked us through all the sales options. So....now the conversation turned to the price of the truck....he wrote the price on the back of his business card....and then invited us to check the truck out and drive it.... We liked the truck 2016 F450 King Ranch SuperDuty.....and started talking about trade in price....the manager appraised our 2015 Tahoe...gave us a offer on our trade.....Really???......NO HASSEL??...NO FORCED SIGNINGS OF A OFFER TO BUY SHEET.....NOTHING!!!!!!!!????? And I'm sure this isn't important to some people....but in the background the music that was playing over the speakers in the DEALERSHIP SHOWROOM?.....was CHRISTIAN Music???......WOW!!! What a statement that was from the owners and management..... Well,....lets summarize our dealer experience,......NO HASSEL,,,,UPFRONT PRICE ON VEHICLE.,,,,FAIR TRADE OFFER,,,,DID I MENTION NO HASSEL????? When your looking for a new car or truck and ....I'm not saying I was treated different because this was a $76 thousand dollar truck,...I don't like games,...and silly stuff like keeping my keys to my trade and having me sign crap papers just the see the price on their truck and what are they really offering on mine,...etc..etc....I just want HONEST UPFRONT NO PRESSURE OFFERS ON MY DEAL!!!!!
