Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I just purchased a vehicle at Two Rivers on Saturday. I had emailed a few times with Mark to see if they had a used car on their website available fo I just purchased a vehicle at Two Rivers on Saturday. I had emailed a few times with Mark to see if they had a used car on their website available for me to see. He was very responsive and quick to reply and I scheduled an appointment to see the used car on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately when I arrived the used car had been sold, however we left with a brand new SUV for probably a cheaper payment than the used one would have been. The process was very quick, efficient and overall 5 stars. Customer Service was excellent. He helped find the right vehicle for our family in the right price range and made it happen quickly. Kenny, the finance manager was great as well. Very nice, answered all of our questions, had all information needed and made the process of signing those ton of documents fun and interesting. It truly was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my years of buying cars. I highly recommend this dealer as it will provide you with non-commission sales people who work for YOU and have your best interests at heart. More

He treated us like people rather than objects (unlike other dealerships we encountered during the day). You can tell that the staff at Two Rivers is non-commissioned, because they really want to help you make a good deal and find the car that's best for you! I got a fantastic deal on a brand new 2017 Escape, and couldn't be happier. While other dealerships confirmed my worst fears about the car buying process, Two Rivers put them all to shame. I will definitely return to Two Rivers Ford, and tell anyone else to head there first...and last!!! More
