AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION BOUGHT A 2014 FORD FOCUS --2 MONTHS AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CAR, HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION JERKING GOING IN 2ND GEAR. SO TOOK THE CAR BOUGHT A 2014 FORD FOCUS --2 MONTHS AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CAR, HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION JERKING GOING IN 2ND GEAR. SO TOOK THE CAR IN TWICE TO BE FIXED AND THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID THERE WAS NO RECALL AND THAT ONLY THING THAT WE COULD DO IS, TO TRADE IT IN ON ANOTHER CAR. WTH DO YOU CALL THAT !!!!!!!!! I MOVED TO PENNSYLVANIA AND TOOK THE CAR HOFFMAN FORD IN HARRISBURG,PA. GUESS WHAT THEY FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAD TO COME HOME TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED RIGHT. More
Bought my Fusion here. Wont be back. I bought my Ford Fusion from here a little over a year ago. Since then, both of my key fobs broke and the key wont flip out. I went to the service cen I bought my Ford Fusion from here a little over a year ago. Since then, both of my key fobs broke and the key wont flip out. I went to the service center to have these fixed as my car is still new and under warranty. The service center was rude and offered no help. They only offered to replace my keys at an astronomical fee. After leaving Two Rivers I called Bates Ford who i then explained my situation to. They welcomed me with open arms and they are currently helping me. Two Rivers is much closer to home for me, but i will no longer return there for ANYTHING. So much for caring for the customer after the sale. More

Incompetent I took my f-150 here 4 times for the same electrical problem. After unsuccessfully fixing it the first time I was put at the end of the line each time I took my f-150 here 4 times for the same electrical problem. After unsuccessfully fixing it the first time I was put at the end of the line each time I brought it back for a total of 35 days. The problem was never fixed. This went on for almost a year. I took it to aes in Nashville and it was fixed in one half day. More

The car arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before the service department closed. Charles M. took care of us and got the car in right away to have it looked at. He offered to have a tech fix it right there on the spot so we didn't have to leave the car overnight. Great dealership with great employees. I highly recommend dealing with Two Rivers Ford. More
Don't show up at 7 am and expect smiling helpful service. Don't come in at 7 am for an oil change. You will be met with short answers, not so courteous, and Ill tempered service leads. Great Work We went to Two Rivers Ford to get regular service on our 2011 Ford Focus. Allen came up to us to ask if he could help, and we told him we were just i We went to Two Rivers Ford to get regular service on our 2011 Ford Focus. Allen came up to us to ask if he could help, and we told him we were just in for service. . . . My husband then said, "if you can take that car and trade it for a new one with the same payment, we can talk." When the statement was made, it was a joke, but Allen responded with a smile, "I think we can do that!" Everyone at Two Rivers was friendly, and they were able to anticipate questions and concerns. I joked with Allen that my thinking was adversely affected because I was blind with hunger; however, the truth is, my experience was so great that, had I not just looked at the time, I would not have even noticed that it was dinnertime. This site has asked for me to check the specific employees with whom I worked. I have specifically named Allen here, but everyone working at Two Rivers Ford on Wednesday 17 July was wonderful--I cannot remember the name of the finance associate, but he was great also! In previous experiences at other dealerships, other sales associates are completely aloof bordering on unpleasant, but this is not the case at Two Rivers Ford. Everyone was kind and friendly. I look forward to working with Two Rivers Ford in the future. More
