All in all the service was very nice and the vehicle was just as advertised. The reason this is not a five-star review is that even though our appointment was scheduled ahead of time it took an hour to get just as advertised. The reason this is not a five-star review is that even though our appointment was scheduled ahead of time it took an hour to get the car ready for a test drive and then after we decided to purchase the vehicle it took another 2 1/2 hours to go through the paperwork.
