My service was terrible. They changed my oil and left the oil cap off. I then had oil all over my vehicle and all they did was clean it. No offer at an additional service after I missed MY JOB due to their n oil cap off. I then had oil all over my vehicle and all they did was clean it. I am lucky my car didn’t catch on fire or seize up on I70, and all the tech said at the front was “it wasn’t my fault” stand behind your business and be accountable to make it right for the customer. Overall experience was good. Upon arrival, I didn’t feel very welcomed or that my business was appreciated. However, when I arrived to pickup my vehicle, the person I interacted with made up for the morning very welcomed or that my business was appreciated.
