I have taken my car here for service three times since i moved here to Colorado but after this last service i may start taking my car to a diffrent location. The porter put my driver side seat all the way back and down like he was sleeping and i heard him reving my engine up like he was some kind of race car driver when he got in it! And the tech that checked my battery forgot to put the cover fastners back in. He left the fastners standing up near the fan shroud and when he shut the hood on them it made my hood look like it was out of wack. It really worried me because I thought the hood was damaged or out of alignment somehow but when I opened the hood I found that it was the body fastners from the battery cover that the tech forgot to put back in that was not letting the hood sit flush More
