I had an urgent need for service on my Xterra and seriously thought my engine was going to explode, and the service team was able to get me in right away! I always get so anxious and stressed and panicked when I'm faced with car issues, but they were so calming and reassuring and explained everything to me thoroughly throughout the entire process. Especially Cameron, to be honest I couldn't follow half of what he was saying when he was walking through the diagnosis of my car but I was insanely impressed by his extensive knowledge and confidence and just trusted everything he was saying hahah! And Luke is so friendly and warm, he put me at ease and took care of me so quickly from beginning to end! And my car feels good as new. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Cameron and Luke are a rarity and I'm so grateful for their help during a stressful time. Highly recommend! More
