More I take my car there, the more I’m disappointed. Just shotty, crummy, negligence, irresponsible, lazy work. Pick one. All apply. Say I need things done that were done awhile ago, (brakes) for one. Changed my transmission fluid twice in a year. Tried to tell them, but they said it wasn’t done twice. Well I was moving and when I settled, I found those 2 invoices that show 2 transmission changes at $219 and $239. Got my axle boot changed a year ago, they now say I need another part of it. Last time they were going to do the work for $73, now they say $540. Had my oil and tire rotation the other day and one of my hubcaps was not even put on all the way. Really?? Had a 15 percent coupon off of work, approximately $525 worth of work. They may of taken $30 off instead of close to $80 it should have been. You get where I’m going. Can’t trust you guys anymore. Been looking for another mechanic. Shame. I have been coming to you guys for 5 years, now I am hesitant. Thanks. More
