In general the customer service staff at Tynan’s was helpful and friendly. While the people I worked with were competent, the system they are connected to needs some work. The reservation system for scheduling service, for example, does not let customers know that the EV technician doesn’t work on Saturdays at this particular dealership. I made a Saturday reservation for my Leaf two weeks ahead of time but didn’t find out about the lack of an EV technician until I was already driving in on Saturday morning to drop my car off. It seems to me that this information could easily be conveyed on the website when a reservation is being made. More
