Firstly, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. However, on my multipoint inspection it states both my brakes and tire is in good condition. SMH to the incompentcy. More

Adnan is a very nice service advisor, and he knew I was scared to drive since my tire light was going on. I have to drive to the western slope.
