Employees were courteous and my car was done within the est time, but I saw it being parked and had to go to the cashier to ask if ready. She said paperwork was needed, so I waited another 10 mins and wen est time, but I saw it being parked and had to go to the cashier to ask if ready. She said paperwork was needed, so I waited another 10 mins and went to the Express desk and had to ask for paper work to be completed. Then went to Cashier and asked for Rewards available. She sent me back to the Express desk and he had to look it up and add to paper work. Then I went back to Cashier. It should have showed I had awards available and be auto applied. More
