Overall, I had a great experience at the dealership. I brought my car in for an oil change but ended having other issues that needed to be fixed. It was expensive but Rich gave me the rental car to use I brought my car in for an oil change but ended having other issues that needed to be fixed. I took my car in for a prepaid oil change I mentioned I was hearing a grinding noise coming from my brakes. I asked for a brake check. After the oil change I was told there was nothing wrong with my brake was hearing a grinding noise coming from my brakes. I asked for a brake check.
