My service advisor rich is the rudest person to the person that I have ever met for for some reason he didn't want to rent a vehicle to me and then he had the nerve to tell me straight to my face that person that I have ever met for for some reason he didn't want to rent a vehicle to me and then he had the nerve to tell me straight to my face that is that uh he had to be able to trust me which I'm not sure what all that was about but even if that was a judgment call that they have the service advisers make one would think that there customer service skills would be a little better and just say all we didn't have any vehicles available or something of that nature but it just comes straight out and say something like that to my face was rude and uncalled for More

I can’t say more about how professional, punctual, and informative everyone is in the service department. I haven’t had to wait more than an hour and a half on a Saturday morning which is amazing! Not to informative everyone is in the service department. I haven’t had to wait more than an hour and a half on a Saturday morning which is amazing! Not to mention, the technicians are very detailed, and let you know what they’re doing before they do it. I’ve never had a problem and will continue taking my Nissan there. More
