Augustin was especially kind and respectful. If this review was only for Augustin, I would give you 5 stars. However, when I came for an oil change, I was told I needed a new battery. Had an appointment for 9am and they didn’t get an estimate to me until late afternoon. I wasn’t able to pick it up until the following day. Which was super inconvenient.
