I bought the package deal buy 5 oil changes get 2 free full synthetic oil. They put the regular oil instead. If I didn't check the label I would have driven my car for 5k miles instead. This is not how you do service and you should pay more attention on what service the customer paid for. And to be honest I'm not sure if they changed the regular oil to fully synthetic in 8 minutes as they claimed they did. I wasn't happy with this experience. And have to wait extra time to fix the mistake they made. More

I came into Tyson for an oil and filter change. The whole thing including a 21 point inspection took about 45 minutes.
