I bought the package deal buy 5 oil changes get 2 free full synthetic oil. They put the regular oil instead. If I didn't check the label I would have driven my car for 5k miles instead. And to be honest I'm not sure if they changed the regular oil to fully synthetic in 8 minutes as they claimed they did. I wasn't happy with this experience.
