Tynan's Nissan Aurora - Service Center

Poor customer service When arriving at this dealership for an oil change I requested that the technician also check my tires to see if I needed a tire rotation. They then i When arriving at this dealership for an oil change I requested that the technician also check my tires to see if I needed a tire rotation. They then informed me that they discovered a nail in my tire. I requested that they patch the hole. A few minutes later the technician returned and informed me that they did not want to patch the tire because I would need new tires in a few months. This did not sound right to me because I did not want to ride around with a nail in my tire. I asked them again to patch the tire. A few minutes later he returned and told me that they would not have enough time to fix the tire because they closed in 30 minutes and I should come back tomorrow. The entire experience left me feeling as though the staff is lazy and lacks customer service to ask me to return another day. Not to mention the dishonesty they displayed by initially telling me that I did not need the tire patched because I would need new tires in a few months. I have never experienced anything like this at any other nissan dealership. Very disappointing. More

Unprofessional not helpful We had work done totalling near 2000 dollars. Never asked of how it was going to be paid. When I showed up an hour early before my car was ready, I was passed back and forth MULTIPLE times, by both the service department, and the payment clerk as to what to do. Then at 3pm because it was closing time, was forced to make a decision not neccesarily in my best interest so one of the clerks could go home "to let their dog out" completely unprofessional, and not helpful in ANY WAY. I'll NEVER go back, and I'll make sure to tell my friends and family to NEVER do business this facility. More

Recall Service Great service, great atmosphere. Took just under an hour to fix my Nissan Rogue recall issue and no issues after that. Waiting area was nice. Overall, Great service, great atmosphere.
