Two Nissan recalls Had 2 recalls guess they re-set both issues, but they messed up all my radio stations /seri had a hard time getting re-tuned. Though do see on survey that there is drop off/pickup options which would have been nice to know about. We spoke multiple times about the fact that I was out of town, and I had to rush back (even changing my flight) to make it in time to pick it up by the end of the day so I had my car to get to work the rest of the week. Should definitely offer that, especially when the customer lets you know of issues it could help with. More
Have had better experiences here Brought my car in for oil change, informed me it would take about an hour and a half. Rich then informed me there were recalls on my car that would add about an extra 30 minutes. This was fine with me. Rich gave an update after 2.5 hours saying car was almost done, then went into office visible to waiting area and chatted with people in the office for about 35 minutes. After 35 minutes went to service desk and asked for update, was informed by other staff that my car had been ready for “some time.” Different service staff took my paperwork from Rich’s desk to finish it, Rich rushed in saying that paperwork was done and he would check on my car as the other service staff was completing the unfinished paperwork. Good service as always but poor customer service at a place where it is usually top notch. Appreciate the initial update, but unwarranted delay made me late for a work meeting and felt like an inconvenience asking for an update myself. More
