I took it to them and told them this info, but if course they said there is a charge to look at it, which is understandable, but I told them that it won’t recreate the problem because it was too cold out, he said they’d figure it out. Well almost 2 hours later he tells me that the couldn’t recreate the problem and they recommend a $250 transmission oil change, which if it was the oil I would have gladly paid to get done, but because it had the same symptoms and had the engine codes that matched the service bulletin I asked why were they not following the service bulletin guidelines. He told me that they were and that the first step was to do the transmission oil change, which is a lie because I did my research and found said service bulletin and it did not mention anything on a oil change. So I left very unhappy at the fact that they wanted to charge me for something that would have been completely useless and at the fact that they lied. More
