Inept EV technicians could not diagnose the problem with my battery. Claimed there were no issues. Made me feel like a criminal just trying to prove to them that I had an issue. Adnan is the nicest and most knowledgeable technician ever. The vehicle I brought in was sold to me with a faulty transmission from a used car dealership just 2 weeks prior and I essentially got really r ever.
