Service was decent, more than likely over priced My appointment was for 8:15 and I didn’t get my car back until 3:15. The original test drive identified the issue so I’m not sure what took 5 hours to finish the diagnostic. I suppose I can understand the 2 hours of labor. I’m afraid to look around and see what the repairs would have cost somewhere else. So glad I could pay more money on top of all the additional stuff I pay for. I suppose I would still recommend it because if I go to a non Nissan mechanic it would probably void the warranty. I have to go there so they can charge whatever they want. It’s awesome. None of this is reflective of the actual service people who were very nice. More

Oil change Service was ok but everytime I get an oil change the windshield sticker that tells me when my next service is is always wrong. Last time I caught it a Service was ok but everytime I get an oil change the windshield sticker that tells me when my next service is is always wrong. Last time I caught it and the technician had to create a new one. This time my husband brought my car in and I only have a little over 20k miles on my car but my sticker indicates I need to get a oil change in May 2019 or at 62k miles. I pay attention to these things to keep me on track with my service so it may seem minor but if it’s entered incorrectly in your computer system how does anyone know when I should get an oil change? Further I live in Brighton so to get another sticker I’ll need to come back to Aurora to get it. This also happened when I first bought my car and the technicians left off my caps to my tires when they rotated and filled them. I was told to come back in to get them. I recommend that these minor things get checked out before the customer leaves. I hope nothing major gets missed if these small details are. More
Poor customer service While the work that needed to be done was done (in 4.5 days), the service was non-existent. Of the 4 times I went in to the service center throughout the week, not once did anyone ask if I needed assistance, let alone acknowledge that I was even there. Instead, all of the people in the service center went about their own business laughing and joking about what food they were going to get for lunch. The fact that I had to announce that I was even there and needed help was very disappointing and the responses that I did get we're rude and impolite. If I don't have to go there ever again I certainly won't and I would recommend that you find a different Nissan dealer to deal with. More
