Not accommodating to diagnosing your car on a same day visit on a continuous issue with my Nissan. The tech that helped me pointed at the two maybe specialist that were both in the phone sharing that they visit on a continuous issue with my Nissan. The tech that helped me pointed at the two maybe specialist that were both in the phone sharing that they were in charge of scheduling those appointments. I sat in the lobby for over two hours and no one bothered to assist me with an appointment. I only have my car maintenances here due to the convenient commute. Overall not the greatest customer service a dealership can offer. I was also told that my oil change reminder didn’t go on at the time of the 5k miles because the last reset done at this dealership was done as a reset for longer miles reminder. Idk what to think about this. More
