"Service Misquote"

I phoned the dealership to get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation quote. Unfortunately, I was quoted a $55 oil change, which is why I made an appointment, as you can get a synthetic oil change, using the same Mobil oil around town for about the same price and a free tire rotation. Then Brendan quoted me $20 for a tire rotation and when I said that seemed high, he said "we usually do some sort of package deal so you won't pay that full price." So I trusted that I would get some sort of reduction and I went ahead and booked the appt. figuring it matched what other businesses were charging for oil changes. I ended up paying the full $20 for the tire rotation and $75.55 for the oil change. I am disappointed that they were not honest about their price of service. So I won't be doing business with Tynan Nissan any longer.

"Brendan Went Above Expectations Managing Our Service"

Brendan provided the best customer service. My daughter is attending college in Ft. Collins and her car needed a couple of major repairs. Parts needed to be ordered and the work required returning at a later date for the service appointment. She was ill for an extended period and I was out of town. It was going to be a hardship for her to get the car to and from the dealer. When Brendan learned about her circumstances, Brendan offered to have the car picked up, repaired, and returned to her. What a relief for both my daughter and I. Brendan called her and scheduled the pick up time and re-delivery time. He contacted me to let me know the car was successfully repaired and returned to my daughter. We really appreciated the fact that he recognized that a client needed extra assistance and he offered it. What a wonderful person to have on staff and in the community. Further, he fully understood the complex service requirements for the car and he made sure we understood what was needed, in terms we understood. This was the best car service experience we have ever had! Thank you Brendan.

"Great Service & Great Work! "

I took my Nissan to Tynan's Nissan and specifically remember that Ryan took care of me. I would highly recommend using these guys. Not only did Ryan actually listen to me - instead of assuming what was wrong like most of the other places that I went to first - but he also spoke to me like an equal and laid things out clearly and understandably. Experiences can vary when you are a woman walking into an auto shop alone, but I would say that these guys are fair, do good work and stand behind their word. Thank you Tynan's!

I recently took my Nissan Pathfinder in for a front break job. I must tell you it was nice to be quoted a price that the dealership stuck to!! I was really impressed with Brendan Noozk Tynans Nissan is an A+ In my book! I would not hesitate to go back for anything.

When choosing to get my Nissan Serviced Brendan Nook and the service team are the best choice. Fair and honest pricing is the name of the game at Tynan's. I understand that my Nissan will cost some money to maintain but so far Brendan and Tynan's Nissan are fantastic.

"Stumbled upon excellence"

Tynan's Nissan Fort Collins is AMAZING! Especially Brendan Nook of their service department. My wife, 3 kids and I were on a road trip this summer when we had an issue with our Nissan Armada while driving south on I-25 through Fort Collins. Having this happen on a Saturday morning, I really thought we were out of luck, but we were towed to the best service rep in town. Brendan got us in, fixed up and on our way quickly. I really wish we had service reps like him in New York! I highly recommend this service department to anyone who needs to have their Nissan serviced!

If you are like me and need some service help for you car, ask for Brendan Nook. Since I am not a "car" guy, I need all the help I can get. I don't necessarily trust dealerships, but Brendan made this stressful situation easy. Ask for Brendan if you have any issues and it will be a great decision. If anything, he will be straight forward regarding what your car actually needs.

"Amazing knowledge a service"

It's rare in this day and age to find people that have expertise and trustworthiness. This is not the case at Tynan's Nissan. Brendan Nook helped me in a way that ended up saving me money and I didn't have to worry about returning over and over for the same repair.
