Purchasing this car was a very complicated process. The only reason for 2 stars is because of their kindness (which is expected when commission is at stake). I specifically mentioned the tire pressure The only reason for 2 stars is because of their kindness (which is expected when commission is at stake). I specifically mentioned the tire pressure being low in the car. The person I was talking to tried to explain to me how this wasn’t a big issue using a lot of big words that didn’t make any sense. Keep in mind, I am a Mechanical Engineer and I knew everything he said wasn’t accurate. I again reminded them about the tire pressure before leaving with my car. Come to find out after driving off the lot and checking the pressure myself, one tire was over 8 PSI below recommendation and the other was over 5 above recommendation. This is extremely damaging to my tires and I am extremely disappointed that this disregard for my easy and explicit request could cost me around $500 in replacement tires. More

They are very pleasant and helpful. Jacob was a great salesman. It was faster to purchase the vehicle then it was to get it through detail due to it being brand new and still wrapped up Jacob was a great salesman.
