Good day.. I waited and waited and waited since 11-3-2022 to see if you were going to respond to a concern of mine regarding my vehicle. I've come to the conclusion thats its because I'm a woman i suppose ive had countless issues with my brakes at know fault of my own. I've had this car for one year I cannot wait til my lease is up ive had the worst experience at your facility and youve seemed unbothered that you have a customer thats not satisfied. I will not let the issues ive had with this location ruin my experience with Volkswagen this is my 2nd vehicle and love the brand. Ill just take the extra trip to go out of my way to another location further away from home for the quality service i once had where my concerns are being met along being treated as a valued customer. Garrett the manager did not handle this matter to my satisfaction and for that I'm disappointed ill make sure not refer anyone to this facility One unsatisfied again.
