Service department is horrible I bought my car and a week after I start hearing metal noise ( clicking) I went there they told me because the cat is new !!! So it's normal and that's how it should be after 7 months of going back and forth they find out what was the problem and fix it even I been telling them the hole time it's somthing not normal I bought 3 cats from there bad experience with all three cars especially the service department and I also get my friend to get a car from there and I wish I didn't do he got a vw jetta 2021 new car but since he bought it he have 3 issues one of them was the brakes wich they didn't fix it yet they put him in the service car evrytime and now they saying it gonna be till March 2022 !!! And the managers there they don't care , ll never go back there and ll never recommend it to anyone again Plus the internet sale manager have no information about cars I was looking to trade in my car she emailed me with the price of the car that I was looking to trad in it was 20700 $ once I get there the car was 34000 $ and she never responded to my email . Wish that help at least to fix what you guys can fix it's VOLKSWAGEN and they are making the reputation of that dealership and of that big car brand BAD . I have all papers and all the time to talk to someone or email you guys with my horrible experience . More
When I called to schedule service I expressed my concerns and the person on the phone told me it would not be a problem for those items to get checked out. However, when I get there I am told I have to leave and the person on the phone told me it would not be a problem for those items to get checked out. However, when I get there I am told I have to leave my car until the following week for the “main service” to look at my car for the specific items I asked for (heater and brakes). What is the difference for scheduling service and the main service? This is the second time that I have brought my car for service and it did not get fully serviced and it was required to bring it back. It’s frustrating to know that I can’t schedule my vehicle for service without the inconvenience of having to come back to address issues. More
Service advisor does not communicate well after asking a simple question. I asked for recommended maintenance at my milage mark and nothing was shared with me.
