I had this annoying knock at low speeds in the front of my car some where but I could not narrow it down to the cv joints or tie rods. So your service tech went and got a mechanic to take s short ride to s my car some where but I could not narrow it down to the cv joints or tie rods. So your service tech went and got a mechanic to take s short ride to see what could it be and recreate the sound but you know how that never happens when you want it right. I feel bad because I forget the mechanic's name but he took it back and it all checked out and he double checked the bolts to make sure everything was tight and it was but a bolt or 2 who knew that maybe a 1/4 turn would have made all the difference but he explained how it did and it made plenty of since. I was really impressed by the mechanic even though it was something little as turning a bolt a tad bit more just his technical knowledge explained the reason behind the problem. Mario was absolutely great. We met with him twice over three days we looked at cars, and he took great care of us. He was accommodating and showed great personality.
