Didnt even think i would be able to get a BRAND new car This was my first official car purchase, now I've bought cars in the past but they've been just cheap little cash cars. I must say this experience was very professional, when I came in I spoke with Robert, right off the bat I could tell all he wanted to do was help. I let him know my credit situation wasn't the greatest since I've never worked on it. He assured me they would work their hardest for me. We started out looking at great used Jetta, I was really excited due to the fact it had low miles and was in great condition. Also the vehicle went through an extensive inspection to make sure it was road worthy. Now once we figured out what car I liked we had to see if they could get me approved. This is where things took a turn! Robert came back asked, if I could get you in a brand new Jetta would you be interested? Of course I thought he was kidding due to my credit situation, but in fact he wasn't kidding! So I went in thinking I would get a used car but left in a brand new one!!! I really appreciate all the hard work Robert and the finance manger Chris did for me. I will be suggesting all my friends and family to Tynans!!! More

Friendly and Easy Going I’ve been to lots of different dealerships and I cannot find one that is anywhere near as nice and reliable as Tynan’s! He did not pressure me at all, was very patient, and was able to get me a great deal on a fantastic Passat!!! He even gave me more than what I was expecting for my trade in!!! I was even introduced to John Tynan who treated me like family. Matt, in Finance, was extremely polite, did not try and up-sell me, and thoroughly explained all the paperwork. The finance process took no time at all!!! The entire experience was efficient and I felt like Christopher was more concerned about making sure I got a car that I loved versus trying to make a sale. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!! More

Lucky # 16 I was so worried I wasn't going to be able to replace my Tiguan that was totaled by a drunk driver. Already fragile from the most traumatizing acciden I was so worried I wasn't going to be able to replace my Tiguan that was totaled by a drunk driver. Already fragile from the most traumatizing accident of my life I was feeling defeated after visiting 3 VW dealerships and having deplorable interactions. Salesmen trying to offer me assistance as to how, "this whole thing works", referring to the car buying process. What those salespeople didn't realize was that I used to work in the car industry and that all their ignorance was serving was for me to Yelp them on how unprofessional and archaic they were behaving. My last attempt at finding my VW was at Tynan's and I'm beyond thrilled with my experience. I actually made a list to remember all the past cars and Andrew helped me with Lucky 16, the Green Hornet. Andrew was the first salesperson to appreciate my situation and also approach me professionally. His knowledge was nothing short of miraculous and he was incredibly personable as well. Within hours I was in my new Tiguan. My daughter and I named our new Tiguan the Green Hornet, after her dark green color and speed. This is my 16th car to date but my first of many to come from Tynan's. I even met one of the Tynan's while I was there wishing me well. Second to none best car buying experience of my life. Andrew Miller was great to work with, he made it a fun experience. I am very happy with my latest Tiguan, love all the features this one has. Cauther in service is very friendly and remembers me every time I need service and or to get another car. I highly recommend Tynan's - even the finance guy was nice and easy to work with so late on a weekday.
