It took over a month to get my car repaired and didn’t get an update for the first 2.5 weeks. Extremely expensive. I am a little frustrated with the loss of a service slot. When I signed the lease for my car I was told to not come in for service until I hit 10k miles. I said I'll probably come in earlier to be safe, but was told to hold off until 10k specifically, even if it took longer. I had driven 7,500 miles when the car reminded me to get it serviced, and when I came in I was told I lost one of the services that came with the car because it's due during the first year. Feel a bit cheated with that, and while Calysta apologized for the sales person that gave the wrong infortmation, it's still very frustrating. More
