This includes routine maintenance at both the 10,000-mile and 20,000-mile marks as part of VW’s recommended care to keep the vehicle running safely and efficiently. The services performed during your visit were part of these required maintenance milestones and were not unnecessary or outside of Volkswagen’s official guidelines. She didn't feel dismissed, she felt stupid. We bought a brand-new vehicle, and this dealership warranty was included in the documents. This is her first new vehicle, so she was adamant about adhering to the details of the warranty. If it was a mix up and Tynan's doesn't warranty new vehicles, just used vehicles, that would explain why no one knows about it, but that doesn't make sense to warranty used vehicles and not new ones, and why it was in our sales packet. Again, that was a primary selling point for this dealership specifically, and it's turned out to be the biggest disappointment we've experienced anywhere.
