Good communication with service department via text with updates and detail. Very professional. I did ask for a loaner and was told flat out that VW doesn't offer loaners or rentals anymore. A few days l updates and detail. Very professional. I did ask for a loaner and was told flat out that VW doesn't offer loaners or rentals anymore. A few days later, I was told a loaner was coming in and we could have it. Then when I went to pick it up, I heard another rep on the phone with a customer who must have asked for a loaner. The rep said she would put the client on the list, but had 7 or 8 ahead if that client. I am happy we got a loaner, but annoyed that I was clearly lied to, given that we got a loaner and clearly lots of people are in loaners. Having said that, he was very helpful and thorough. More

I went in for an oil change, was told service is due at 80k miles, they’d let me know what’s needed when service is completed. When I picked my car up and paid I asked about it. The service guy in the fron 80k miles, they’d let me know what’s needed when service is completed. When I picked my car up and paid I asked about it. The service guy in the front told me it’s in my owners manual to check there or google it. Since the filter needs to be replaced on the service he told them to leave my filter alone during the oil change, but charged me. Usually I someone would give me a list of things that need to be done vs tell me to look at my owners manual or google it. That’s not customer service. More
