First experience with their service department 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Limited. Had an appointment for an oil change and a recall "that should be quicker than an oil change." Added tire rotation when 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Limited. Had an appointment for an oil change and a recall "that should be quicker than an oil change." Added tire rotation when I got there. All of this took 4 hours while I sat in their waiting area. No updates at all. The service advisor walked past me at least a dozen times. I had to text them to find out what was taking so long. They didn't even wash my van or charge the hybrid system. Had to walk around the lot to find my van until some employee out front vaping offered to find it and pulled it up to me. More
