Car buying made easy!! I recently purchases my second jeep from Tim Giacomi. In the past I have dealt with pushy sales men and dreaded walking into any dealer ship. Tim listened to my concerns and explained to me all the perks and down falls of the jeep I was interested in. His number one concern was he wanted to provide me with all of the features of the jeep so I could make the best decision for me and my family. Over all Tim G and Aaron Lang working together to provide me with my monthly payment I was looking for. They do not take AMEX cards so I cannot get a free rental. I have a life time warranty on a Chrysler product, but because Tyson does not take a AMEX card, I cannot get a free rental. The management was no help I have a life time warranty on a Chrysler product, but because Tyson does not take a AMEX card, I cannot get a free rental. The management was no help, so I had to go directly to Chrysler Headquarter's and submit my rent a car bill for payment, which the dealership should have picked up. Very unhappy with this dealership and the service department. More
