Great Customer Experience I had been working with a number of dealers looking for a new Jeep. I was able to find what I was looking for via the internet at Tyson and asked thr I had been working with a number of dealers looking for a new Jeep. I was able to find what I was looking for via the internet at Tyson and asked through the web site for Tyson to get in touch. I was able to come to a reasonable price negotiating over the phone and then travel to Tyson Motors to perform a final physical review of the car and its features. The dealership was friendly, willing to go the extra mile to help, and very considerate of our time there. We were extremely satisfied with the dealership and really glad that we drove the 50 miles to get there and buy the exact car that we were looking for. Thanks to all the folks at Tyson !! More

BILL WAYTECK IS A LIFESAVER!!!!!!!!! I am beyond grateful for the gentleman at Tyson Motors. My husband and I were in a jam. We purchased a camper and thought that the Dodge Journey that I am beyond grateful for the gentleman at Tyson Motors. My husband and I were in a jam. We purchased a camper and thought that the Dodge Journey that he had previously purchased from Tyson would be able to tow the camper, we later come to find out that was not possible. We started looking for a new truck that would tow our new camper, and we went from dealer to dealer hoping that we could get into something used or new to fit our needs. My husband really wanted a new or used RAM 1500. No one was willing to work with us because of the negative equity we had on the Dodge Journey and was giving us options that would put us $100 or more over the payment we needed. After going back and forth with all these other dealers we just decided to go back to Tyson to see maybe just maybe they will be able to help us since we were reoccurring customers, if not we didn't know what we were going to do. Because of our previous let downs at the other dealers we didn't walk into Tyson with high hopes of being helped but were we wrong! Our salesman was Bill Wayteck, and right off the bat we told him our situation and he was nothing more than beyond eager to help us get into the truck we needed. He showed much empathy and understanding to the situation that we were in. I told Bill the payment we needed to be at and he was able to give us multiple options. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Jim Kinney worked his magic with all the numbers to get us to where we needed to be with a payment. I am so SHOCKED and GRATEFUL for these gentleman for helping us. They were great to work with, my husband is beyond ecstatic to be driving a brand new just out of the wrapper RAM 1500, and on the plus side we get to keep our camper! Tyson Motors because of your eagerness to help us, you now have us as forever customers. We thank you again Bill, Jim and JP for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
