your parents came in with a title to their trade, your fathers id card for the military, they emailed us 4 different vin numbers on the vechiles that they wanted to look at. and on top of it they made us an offer signed it and then wrote a check for 8500.00 that was their offer. we did absolutely nothing wrong. i offered for your parents to BRING THE VECHILE BACK and we would sell them something else. you just wanted us to refund their money almost a week later after they bought the car. Tyson Motor did what your parents asked us to do, they wanted a nice van at their price on their terms and we did that. jim kinney general sales manager

And the van they were pressured to buy was not on that list. Also, when I first contacted your dealership it was less than 48 hours after the van was purchased. Get your facts straight before you make accusatory statements. Clearly your dealership finds it reasonable to pressure and try to bully customers. As previously stated, I will continue on spreading the word about how poorly and disrespectfully my parents were treated. I am entitled to my opionion as are you. It will be my mission to spread the word. I don't know how you can treat people the way you do and stay in business.
