Today I made an appointment for 8:30 am I dropped off my car , and never got a call then I called at 1130, he told me I was next. I then called at 2:30 he said I am next , then I called at 400 , he then sa car , and never got a call then I called at 1130, he told me I was next. I then called at 2:30 he said I am next , then I called at 400 , he then said sorry. We can’t get you in today !!!! I dropped off my car at 5:00 so I could get a ride to work then I had to arrange a ride to get my car at 5:00 No call no nothing !!! All I got is sorry !!! Couldn’t get you in today !!! What a bunch of losers !!! Oh yeah ! He did say no charge !!!! Thanks Tyson !!! Don’t worry I will never let anyone I know go there again !!!! Not even a call !!!! Nobody cares !!! Don’t waste your time on this declining service department that could care less about the customer !!!! More
