Purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala I had been looking for a car and checking the ads every week when I decided to go to Uftrings in Washington. I had made up my mind that I wanted an Impala since I had had my last one for 10 years. I called and talked to Kendall Hearn and had asked about a particular Impala that that been advertised in the paper and made an appointment to come see it and take a test drive. When I got there Kendall already had the car out and running since it was winter time. It wasn't what I wanted so he was very patient with me as I tried out several cars. Finally decided on a car that had everything I wanted on it and more. Kendall made the whole process of buying a car so easy. He made sure that we were being taken care of in a timely matter and never felt rushed to purchase anything. Something I really admired about him. Paperwork went very smoothly and he took the time to explain many of the details about the car since my last car was a 2004. I would definitely recommend Kendall to anyone who is looking to buy a car. He was very personable and so down to earth to talk to. He made you feel like you were important. Good job Kendall Hearn!!
