My Recent Purchase Just recently picked up my new Altima ...the fourth consecutive one from Uftring, and at this particular dealership. The process worked as advertised Just recently picked up my new Altima ...the fourth consecutive one from Uftring, and at this particular dealership. The process worked as advertised, if not better. I called my salesman, Chris, while on business travel, and let him know about my interest level. He committed to get back to me shortly (within a couple of hours), and did - and also had a few options from which I could choose. We agreed, in principle. I took delivery of the vehicle within a couple of days of returning from my trip. All was in order, and to my specifications. I am, by definition, no nonsense when it comes to vehicle purchase. I could tell that Chris has dealt with those like me in the past. He made things as convenient as possible, including my preferences as well as being proactive in making things happen that are part of post-acceptance (e.g., appointments, simonizing, more). I look forward to working with Chris and the entire team in the future. The Service Department is fantastic. More
1st time return customer to any dealership! I am not a huge fan of the car buying experience but my husband enjoys it more. We are also ones that haven’t been loyal to one dealership in the past and go wherever the vehicle is that we want. We took our Nissan Armada in for a scheduled maintenance appointment and fell in love with a new Armada sitting on the lot. After entertaining the idea of trading Jason was very accommodating as we had 2 young children with us. We did not have any complaints from our first car buying experience at Uftring and did not have any hesitation with buying another vehicle from Uftring. We have bought a lot of vehicles in the past 16 years and Uftring is the first dealership that we have returned to for our next purchase. More

We took it on a quick spin, then I was allowed to drive it home overnight and come back the next day to complete the sales transaction. I felt the whole process moved smoothly and all the dealership participants knew their role and executed their role very well. More

Very positive, professional, and welcoming experience We have purchased 3 vehicles from Uftring Nissan, and have had a great experience every time. Their staff is professional, courteous, and patient. Tim We have purchased 3 vehicles from Uftring Nissan, and have had a great experience every time. Their staff is professional, courteous, and patient. Tim Puentes, in particular, is an excellent salesman who listens and works with you to get the vehicle you want. I would describe him more of an agent than salesman as he works with you without the pressure and distractions of stereotypical car sales. We highly recommend Mr. Puentes and the Uftring team. More

Both times he was patient and took time to ask questions about our needs and helping to search for vehicles in our range. He was fun and engaging with us as people and did not treat is as a "sale". We loved all of the free soda and the test drives - even in the storm. More

Happy with Car, Disappointed in Customer Service The idiom for my car buying experience over this past month would be the straw that broke the camel's back. I am a seven year service customer of Uft The idiom for my car buying experience over this past month would be the straw that broke the camel's back. I am a seven year service customer of Uftring Nissan with two Nissan vehicles in my household, and consistently had good experiences. When in the market for a newer car, my husband and I saw a 2014 at this dealership and thought that was quite fortunate, as we liked our past service experience and their customer service reputation. But we were not in a hurry to buy and had just begun our shopping. Upon test driving the 2014 Maxima, the warning light was on, which we were assured was just slightly low tire pressure due to the recent temperature change. There was also a cracked tail light. During our buying negotiations with Todd, we required the tail light to be fixed, as well as a scuff on the front bumper. Upon waiting for the finance person (our overall car buying process took three hours), we chatted quite pleasantly with Kramer. He mentioned that there was only one key, and if that was an issue, he could likely help to get us another at no charge. We've never had use for an extra key, so we declined but appreciated the gesture. When we were finally done, I went out into my new car to find a bright orange kitchen type rug in place of the driver floor mat. We were hungry and tired by this point, having come right after work, so we decided to deal with this later. We already had to come back to deliver title on our trade in as well as the tail light and scuff repair. Given our experience with Todd and Kramer, and past service visits, I had no doubt that Uftring would make something as small and easy as a floor mat right. We brought up the floor mat to Todd when dropping off title the next day and were lead to believe it would not be an issue. A few days later, we found that the tire was seriously routinely leaking and had to bring it in for repair. The scruff was buffed out at this time as well. We asked again on the floor mat, and were given a generic one in the mean time. We then got a quote on a factory spoiler and scheduled a convenient time to have it installed and the tail light repaired. I have already left a review on the service experience with the spoiler - the short version is that something that was supposed to take a few hours on a Saturday turned into a week with a loaner and a month of a dirty car that cannot be washed. During this time my husband expressed that the floor mat was important and it would be appreciated if it were taken care of while the spoiler was being handled. And even after a week at the dealer, still no floor mat. Previously my husband spoke with Kramer and mentioned that the floor mat was an important issue. Kramer literally called the day after we picked up my car to say he might have something that would work. I was finally able to connect with him today and stopped by the dealership again to see if trade-in floor mats he had come across would work. Not surprisingly, they were not the right size and not of a similar quality. The factory mats have a grommet that secures the mat in place preventing any chance for safety incidents. At this time I let Kramer clearly know all my frustrations with the overall experience. I am not sure how by this point, but he was surprised that a floor mat was such a big deal. I explained the multiple small things adding up to a dissatisfying experience. He said the missing floor mat was marked in the sales information, and that they could not be replacing everything on used cars. He also brought up small things that were wrong with my car that I had traded in, which was a 2004. I stated that if I had known during the negotiation a floor mat was missing, when I required a bumper scuff to be fixed, I definitely would have required a replacement one. In my head I was wondering what happened to the sales guy that offered us to check on a free extra key. In the end, I told Kramer that if Uftring could not make it right, I would get what I wanted myself. It is $140 from Nissan for all 4 replacement mats that are exactly made for my car. That is an extremely small percentage on a $20,000 car. I finally inquired to Kramer that as a seven year customer likely in the market in the next year or two for another new vehicle to replace our Frontier, we are not worth $140.? He said he had done what he could. I let him know I would take care of it myself, and that I would be leaving an honest review of my experience. Not once during this entire month long ordeal did we receive an apology of any kind from any one at Uftring Nissan. More
