I visited Uftring and asked for Richard again and received the same friendliness and helpfulness in selecting a Rogue to test-drive. The vehicle itself had everything I wanted and Richard worked with me to establish a reasonable price and get me the colors and amenities that I wanted. He was eager and willing to spend time with us explaining the MANY features of the vehicle. We were intrigued enough to want to test drive one and it didn't take long for us to decide that the ride was smooth and comfortable. I was also impressed with the service departments features of allowing customers to watch the mechanics work on vehicles, through a glass partition, and for having a drive up station available without an appointment to discuss any issues. More
