It turned out that Bernie did far more work after we signed the deal than he did in the beginning - he put in a full 7 hours getting us acquainted with our new car and set up technically and financially. The day we went to pick up our new vehicle (Kia Telluride SX) he spent seven hour with us familiarizing us with the vehicle’s technology and driving with us. My wife and I we both given a chance to familiarize ourselves with the vehicle and drive it with him in the car to guide us our learning experience. We arrived at 2:00 for the delivery of our vehicle and did not leave until 9:00 that evening with all our questions and concerns answered. We were never rushed in any way. I will recommend Bernie Graham to all my family and friends. More
