Friendly, helpful people. My husband was in dire need of a new car (our old one was dying!). We both went down there for my 2013 Kia Soul -- obtain extended service warranty, My husband was in dire need of a new car (our old one was dying!). We both went down there for my 2013 Kia Soul -- obtain extended service warranty, but in the meantime my husband talked to E.J. Franklin about replacing our old car. E. J. showed him both per-owned and new cars and gave the pros and cons of either choice. We now have a new 2016 Kia Soul with manual transmission, which I love! We plan to teach our son how to drive a manual as a result. More

Outstanding I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received at Keefer’s Union County Kia.This was my first experience with a Kia dealership I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received at Keefer’s Union County Kia.This was my first experience with a Kia dealership as I have always been a Chevrolet type of guy. Every bit of research and stress leading up to my decision was instantly rewarded when I began my buying process with Frank Alvey. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for and they happened to have the perfect used car in their possession. I live about 45 minutes away so I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there. I spoke with Frank who informed me that it in fact the vehicle was available. I can't say enough great things about Frank as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys, just great accommodating service. It sounds like a cliché, but we hit it off like we have been friends for years. Frank went above and beyond when I had questions about the price and carfax information. Frank informed me from the beginning of Kia’s reputation of giving back to the community. Although I am not a resident of their immediate community, I felt the kindness that was displayed throughout the process of purchase. Frank, from our first encounter over the phone when I was just inquiring about the car, to our latest, has exceeded my expectations of customer service and have been truly remarkable. My experience from beginning to end at Kia was friendly, genuine, professional, and handled with a real sense of transparency and attentiveness. I would like to thank all at Kia of Union County for making my experience of purchasing a car unforgettable. More
