I totaled the first Carnival I bought and went back 3 weeks later to get another one JUST like her...I found one at the kia in Mooresville and they went picked her up assured me it was the same AND NOT IT WAS NOT....IT HAD SILVER ACCENTS ( ITS A DARK EDITION) HAD LOUNGE SEATS (MINE DID NOT) NO ONE RIDES IN THE BACK SO I DID NOT NOTICE ...THE ACCENTS I DID...ASSURED ME THEY WOULD BE REPLACED WITH BLACK ONES..AFTER I KEPT CALLING AND CALLING SCOTT THE SERVICE MGR KEPT THROWING IT OFF ON STEPHANIE ...TOO BIG OF A STORY TO TYPE ABOUT THAT GUY...SIX WEEKS LATER I GOT THEM DONE...STEPHANIE..I LOVE HER MOVED AND I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN....I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO CHARLOTTE...I HAVE BOUGHT 5 CARS FROM THERE ..MY MOM BOUGHT ONE AND MY NIECE THEY BOTH HAD BAD EXPERIENCES..I TELL ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE ABOUT MY FAMILY'S EXPERIENCES THERE AND CRAZY ENOUGH THE ONES THAT HAVE KIAS HAVE SIMILAR ONES...I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN...EVER!!!!
